10:00 – 11:00 AM Breakfast
12:15 PM Walk to the Waterfall

6:00 – 7:00 PM Meditation Practice
7:00 – 8:00 PM Dinner & Community Sharing

Ayurvedic massage, sound healing, and breathwork sessions are scheduled according to the retreat program and shared with guests during their stay.

As part of our extended retreat programs, we offer guided visits to selected temples and sacred spaces around Rishikesh.
